This building is a popular solution for farm storage, office space, shops and multiple vehicle storage. Our 30x40 C-Channel building package comes with one 3070 man door and one framed opening standard. Depending on your intended use, you can add a roll up or sectional door in the opening or opt to omit the opening if you plan to build a professional space.

What types of insulation are common in metal buildings?
Batt insulation is the most economical and common followed by insulated panels. Spray foam is not recommended.
How do I make my steel building look less like a "steel building"?
