I said that I didn’t want a bunch of phone calls or e-mails because I couldn’t buy anything yet. He said he would check in once a month and answer or get me an answer to any questions. He did. I’m happy.”

I say potential because we may attach the garage to the existing house and will use standard wood framing but if the garage is not attached, a steel building may be best for our location.
