In the end I can’t say that things went perfectly smooth but I am happy to say they care enough about the customers to really try and make things better. Perhaps what sounded like fake reviews were just resolved reviews. Either way, I am impressed they found a frustrated customer and worked to correct the scenario.”

A few days after the meeting one of the members stated that she felt very comfortable after speaking with Ben due to his vast knowledge and his ability to communicate with us.”

We started with Michael, who had to drop out due to a family emergency; then went to Steve who handed us to Ryan, who is our bldg coordinator. All have been professional and patient with us. We have done quite a lot of building, and will be the primary erectors on this building. Ryan has answered our questions, and addressed our concerns.”
