Mr. Thompson seems to have a good handle on his role and has offered to get me in touch with other individuals at General Steel to answer any engineering questions that I may have. He is very articulate and has a professional demeanor.

To me, the most important thing is that Joseph, unlike other company reps, DID NOT try to sell us something we don’t want, he listened and respected our choices even if he did not agree they were the best option for our project.
