“I worked with Bob. He was accommodating, he was available but not pushy. He understood the extra time I needed to process exactly what I wanted in my very busy world. He tried to give me any breaks in cost he could. I had just so much money to work with. I was so glad I took my time and asked questions. I asked other buyers, contractors, and owners of steel buildings about structure, skylights, paint, garage door sizes and insulation. In the process I felt like I made good decisions as to the perfect size for me. It was bigger than I started, but I’m happy I went the extra size. I had lot of questions. He explained the difference of a 4/12 and 5/12 in cost. He reassured me it would meet all the specifications we needed to meet with our county’s building codes. I did a lot of research and found a company who had bad mouth your company. Bob addressed every concern. He told me not to go with them, they didn’t deliver and had complaints with their customers. I found that they weren’t even listed on the 10 ten best companies. They gave me a wonderful sales pitch and their website is impeccable. I’m so thankful I missed that bullet. There was actually another company that had better ratings A+ and 97% rating than General Steel. But the agent appeared lazy. He sent me an e-mail. He didn’t follow up on the phone. If there was any communications, it was done on my part. Bob (Robert) was the face to your company. I only knew about your company what I saw on the website, except all the really good e-mails and phone calls Bob followed through with. I am married to a salesman, and I can see the sales job coming. I didn’t feel that he was ever selling me. He might be your best salesman, but I didn’t feel like he was giving me a hard sell.”

“I needed a large shop building big enough to have lift to work on trucks as well as room to store my 5th wheel, I called General Steel and Andy really took care of me. He was very helpful and didn’t rush me into the sale, due to living in the foothills of the Colorado mountains I cannot build till spring. By purchasing now, I’ve allowed myself plenty of time to design the building, prior to getting the concrete poured and putting the building up this spring.
