I worked with Joanie in the sales department to get a quote. She was extremely friendly and spent lots if time over multiple different phone calls to make sure her quote would have everything I wanted in my building. Her customer service is fabulous and she has a very energetic attitude. She spent time explaining what changes to the building increases cost and ways to save money on the building. The customer service was the biggest factor in my decision to use General steel for my building project. After finalizing the order is was then paired with Ryan Burgess for final planning. He has also been extremely helpful. He is fast to respond to emails and phone calls. He understood what I was looking to do with my building and was able to help me make all the design changes needed. Currently my building is still in production and I hope to receive it in early November of 2018. If the customer service I have had so far is any indication, I’m sure I will be extremely satisfied with my building.
