Our 30×30 metal building kit is a great alternative to traditional construction because it provides 900 square feet of column free, uninterrupted interior space. The 30×30 kit is also easy to customize. Depending on the type of access you need for your intended use, you can choose to add two sectional or roll up doors in either the sidewall or endwall or opt for one access point as shown in the rendering.

Frequently Asked Questions
A sectional door opens manually or by motor along a track parallel to the ceiling. Roll up doors coil into a drum above the opening.
Batt insulation is the most economical and common followed by insulated panels. Spray foam is not recommended.
Insulated panels can come with stucco pre-applied or you can add GenStone faux stone directly to the metal siding.
